Will you configure networks out of working hours?
Yes, Will regularly implement and troubleshoot in unsocialable hours. This is mainly to minimise the potential impact on the customer during this time.
Do you only implement networks designed from networks revived?
No, We do not exclusively implement and troubleshoot networks designed by ourselves. We implement per the customer requirements, making our recommendations as we go. We commonly configure one off pieces of hardware per the customers current network environment.
How do you troubleshoot and diagnose networks?
We can remotley troubleshoot network issues. We work with local IT teams to help us through the process. For the most complex issues we can work onsite to the troubleshoot network.
How much does this cost?
We usually work on an hourly rate when performing network diagnosis. This is at a cost of £100 +VAT per hour.
For implementation and network infrastructure build projects we can use hourly rate or agree a fixed fee.
